Aluminium Boats

ASABA's fully equipped aluminium boatbuilding workshop in the Port of Malabo has been in production since early 2026. Initial customers have already provided positive feedback on the technical and operational performance of the boats delivered.

A Complete Production Cycle Within ASABA

Every project is designed by the ASABA Design Center team and built at ASABA Shipyard. We manage the entire cycle: design, aluminium hull fabrication, equipment integration, testing, customer acceptance and boat handover.

Outfitting to Suit the Task

The configuration is selected according to the boat's intended use and the customer's requirements. Depending on the project, Mercury, Yamaha, Honda and Yanmar outboard and inboard engines can be installed, along with Raymarine and Furuno navigation and marine electronics. We work with suppliers and manufacturers' representatives.

Production and Quality

  • Documented procedures for material preparation, assembly, welding and quality control.
  • Aluminium welding procedures WPS/WPQR qualified under Bureau Veritas supervision.
  • ASABA's management systems are certified by QMSCERT to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 within the scopes of the respective certificates.

A Custom Project

We are ready to discuss your boat's purpose, operating conditions and required equipment. Specific performance characteristics and equipment are defined in the design and agreed with the customer.
